Driving AMIGA'S Innovation in Motivational Interviewing

​Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a proven, evidence-based approach that fosters meaningful conversations for behavior change. However, MI professionals often struggle with bridging the gap between learning MI and fully integrating it into their daily practice.


As the Lead UX/UI & Brand Designer, I spearheaded the creation of a seamless digital ecosystem where MI professionals can track their growth, access guided reflection tools, and engage with a supportive learning community.

The approach was driven by user research, data insights, and behavioral psychology to ensure the platform felt intuitive, engaging, and built for long-term use.

 User Research & Insights

​- Analyzed competitor platforms to find gaps in digital MI learning tools.


- Discovered that gamification & reflection tools were key to sustained MI practice.

Prototyping & Visual Design

- Built an interactive Spirit Tank system, helping users visualize their MI growth.


- Developed progress-tracking dashboards for personalized insights.


- Ensured the platform was accessible, engaging, and designed for expansion.
